Our flexible metal hose types made of AISI 316L grade stainless steel, with high sealing guarantee and resistant to heavy industrial conditions.
DN15 (1/2") – DN150 (6")
AISI 316L corrugated stainless steel hoses developed to absorb thermal expansion, axial vibration and installation misalignments in pipelines. Manufactured with floating or fixed flange options in pressure classes from PN6 to PN40. Safely used in mechanical installations, HVAC, industrial piping and process equipment.
DN8 (1/4") – DN50 (2")
Stainless metal flex hoses prepared with male/female BSP or NPT threaded end connections for quick assembly. The inner structure consists of AISI 316L corrugated steel, and the outer part is reinforced with AISI 304 braided wire. It is widely used in boiler rooms, mechanical machine connections, and combi/chimney lines.
DN6 (1/8") – DN100 (4")
Thin-walled AISI 316L corrugated metal vacuum hoses used in vacuum pump outlets, laboratory gas lines, and sensitive suction circuits. With a convolution geometry optimized to prevent collapse against ambient pressure, it guarantees tightness down to 10⁻⁸ mbar. UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) compatible models are also available.
DN6 – DN150
Hoses braided with AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel wire braid over an AISI 316L corrugated inner core are designed for high-burst pressure industrial applications. Single braid models are used in standard pressure lines, while double braid models withstand tests of 100+ Bar. Unbraided (bare hose) models are produced for low pressure and maximum flexibility requirements.
DN12 (3/8") – DN28 (1-1/8")
Specially developed transition hoses for connecting stainless steel flex hoses to copper pipe lines in HVAC and climate control systems. The hose body is made of AISI 316L corrugated steel, and the copper connection ends are made of ERW or DKP copper tubes joined with high-quality silver brazing. Every connection point passes leak testing.
Custom Dia.
Hoses custom manufactured based on technical drawings or samples for narrow installation spaces or complex piping configurations that do not fit the standard catalog. Can be ordered with 90°, 45° or custom angled elbow flanges, bent copper or steel transition pipes, long or short body lengths. Each project is archived for identical repeat production.
