We use AISI 316L (low carbon, molybdenum added) stainless steel in the inner bodies of our hoses. This grade exhibits superior performance especially in corrosive environments and high temperatures. For the outer braid layer, AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless wire is preferred depending on the application. EN 10204 3.1 material certificate can be provided upon request.
We can manufacture in all standard nominal diameters between DN6 (1/8") and DN150 (6"). For custom diameter requests outside this range, you can contact our technical team. There is no length limit; every length is produced according to customer demand.
Our AISI 316L products can operate in the range of -270°C to +650°C. Pressure resistance varies depending on diameter, wall thickness, and the number of braid layers; double-braided models are subjected to pressure tests of over 100 Bar. Technical data sheets are sent with the quote for product-specific pressure-temperature tables.

As standard, every product undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing and air leakage testing before shipment. Helium leak testing can be performed for vacuum hoses. A 10⁻⁸ mbar leak-tightness certificate can be provided for UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) applications. Test reports are delivered with the product upon request.
Stock products can be shipped same or next day. Standard custom manufacturing takes 5-7 business days, while complex custom projects may take 10-15 business days. Urgent requests can be taken into priority manufacturing without additional fees — let us know via WhatsApp.

EN 1092-1 (former DIN), ASME B16.5 (ANSI), TS 2736, and custom-dimensioned flange options are available. Production can be made in floating flange, fixed flange, and welding neck flange combinations; pressure classes range from PN6 to PN100. Carbon steel, AISI 304, or AISI 316L can be preferred as the flange material.
Our copper tubed products are compatible with R410A, R32, R134a, R407C, and other common refrigerants. Since the connection ends are joined using high-quality silver brazing (≥45% Ag), it provides superior resistance to refrigerant leakage. Refrigerant leak test certificate is provided upon request.
The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product. Single-unit orders are accepted for standard products. In custom manufacturing, single units can also be produced for prototyping, though unit pricing improves with quantity.
